With a market capitalization of nearly 260 billion USD, Samsung Electronics is one of the largest and most successful technology companies in the world and even exceeds Intel. In addition, the stock pays a dividend of more than 3.1%. The Samsung stock could therefore be particularly interesting for dividend investors who are often weakly positioned in the technology sector. Reason enough to take a closer look at South Korea.
